Once you submit your payment you will be mailed a kit with instructions on how to submit your blood sample. You can have your blood drawn at any lab that is willing to do so, or we can get you in touch with labs/phlebotomists that can do this for you. You will then fill out your forms and mail in your samples. Results arrive in 3-4 weeks and will be emailed directly to you. A FREE 15 minute follow up consultation is included to go over your test results and is scheduled once your results arrive. (The time you select below is the latest your kit will be shipped out by, your follow-up will be scheduled later.)
